Continuing Development
As well as attendance at training sessions to improve team spirit and cohesion, important factors for the season are fitness, increased strength and stamina. Players can work on this as individuals or groups between training sessions. A simple set of press ups, sit ups, accompanied with other exercises executed in a daily routine provide a good basis for improved health, fitness and stamina.
For more information consult your coach at your next training session or your school PE teacher.
Rememeber start with low repetition, light exercise and build up slowly on a regular basis.
